Born and raised in the Bronx, Yana Volfson spends most of her time in the company of Mexico City’s most talented expats. As beverage director at the New York ATM Group, she works alongside award-winning chef and Here Issue 10 cover star Daniela Soto-Innes at restaurants Cosme and ATLA, as well as with Chef Enrique Olvera at agave-centric restaurant and bar Tichuchi, bringing some of the world’s tastiest cocktails to tables from NYC to CDMX.
